We're building the tool we wished we'd had on shift
Avalone started from a single observation: analysts spend more time writing up alerts than deciding on them. Instead of adding yet another source of noise, we went after the part of the shift that can be automated without handing the decision to a machine.

“We believe analysts' time is too precious to waste on false positives.
Machines should work so people can think.”
We are building Avalone because defenders deserve the advantage. Attackers have been automating for years — it's time defense stopped being manual. We give security teams an ally that pays alert number four thousand the same attention as the first — and leaves the decision with your analysts.
The rules we work by come from practice, not from a strategy deck
We sell what works. Ward is deployed and maintained, and the demo runs on a live system rather than on slides.
The demo is a walkthrough of the working product, not a pass over your queue. How a start looks, and on what terms, we agree in person.
The decision stays with a human. Ward gathers context and drafts the closure rationale; the analyst reads and approves — in that order, never the reverse. We are not building a system that closes cases behind the team's back, because that is the first step to losing trust in the tool.
There are people behind every company, and that is how we prefer to deal with each other. We talk straight, we negotiate like people rather than by exchanging letters, and we would rather build the relationship than the paperwork. A contract should record what we agreed on — not replace the conversation when something does not go to plan.
Attacks move at machine speed. Avalone was built to give defenders back the advantage.
Ward clears the grunt work out of triage and leaves the decision with your analysts — your team sees more, moves faster, and stays ahead of the attacker.
What we commit to
Four things that hold regardless of deployment size, and that we do not negotiate.
01A human approves
We automate gathering context and drafting rationales. The decision always belongs to the analyst, and every Ward draft shows its sources.
02Only what has shipped
On the site and in the demo we show a working product. Plans are clearly labeled as plans, and we do not promise dates we cannot hold.
03Deployed on your side
Ward runs inside your own infrastructure — alerts, context and rationales stay physically with you and never leave your environment. Hosting on our side is an option, not a condition.
04We talk it through
How a start looks, and on what terms, we agree in person.
05A decision trail
Every closure records its reason, the model and the data behind it. That is an audit requirement — and the condition for the team to trust the suggestions.
Avalone Ward
Ward is available today.
We started with one thing — the most repetitive part of a shift — and finished it before sitting down to the next. The full catalog lives on its own page.
