Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. Controller

The controller of personal data is Avalone sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poland (“Avalone”, “we”).

For privacy matters, contact us through the contact / demo form on this website.

2. What we process and why

If you use the “Book a demo” form, we process the data you submit: name, company, work email, security team size (optional), and message (optional).

Purpose: handling your demo or B2B sales enquiry, replying to you, and — if correspondence continues — following up on that request.

Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps at your request before a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).

3. Retention

We keep form data only as long as needed to handle the request and ordinary follow-up, then delete or anonymise it — unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing commercial conversation.

4. Recipients

Data may be processed by technical providers needed to run the website and email (for example site hosting). We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside the EEA occur only if a chosen provider requires it, and only with safeguards required by the GDPR.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use non-essential cookies for analytics or advertising.

Only technologies strictly needed to provide the service may be used (for example security or hosting). If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and — where required — ask for consent before they run.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest — within the limits of the GDPR.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

To exercise your rights, contact us via the form on this website and mention that the request concerns privacy.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The current version is always published at this address with the date at the top of the page.
